We're going to Chile this week and we're talking about another serial killer. This grade A waste of human flesh liked to drive around pretending to be a taxi driver but really he just wanted to pick people up to kill. Like I said grade A waste of flesh. Mr. Psychopath (said with all the sarcasm in the world) is also the reason mine shafts in Chile are probably haunted.
